Designing and building is a rewarding personal experience. Throughout the process we work as a team with you. At the beginning of a project we ask that you share with us the dreams, expectations and parameters for your project. Then comes the creative process in which we apply our problem solving skills, technical knowledge and design ability. We explore designs with you through a series of drawings. These illustrate not only ‘square footage’ and ‘layout’ but help you to envision the potential spatial quality of your space.

After a preliminary design is decided upon it is refined with detailed studies and development of the material palate. Your final design is then documented in ‘construction documents’. These are the detailed set of instructions and drawings that inform the building department and builder of intent. We can also assist in pairing you with the right contractor for your job. During the construction we regularly meet with you and the builder to assure quality and continuity of design.
